90s 12-inch GI Joe Action Figure in Black Fatigues by 21st Century Toys

12-inch GI Joe Ultimate Soldier action figure by 21st Century Toys wearing an all-black tactical fatigue cargo uniform. Vintage military action figure features a two-piece black tactical uniform consisting of: * A fatigue jacket equipped with four front pockets (two chest pockets and two lower waist pockets), a high collar, and classic snap closures. * Matching black cargo trousers. * Molded combat boots Includes a variety of accessories of tactical field gear including weapons, gloves, canteen, a camo jacket and binoculars. No idea if all of these pieces came with the original toy. Collectible piece for fans of military, custom displays and adventure themes. This soldier embodies the nostalgia and quality of toys from the 1990s. For collectors and enthusiasts alike. Good used vintage condition EXCEPT for a neck problem that I tried to capture in the video & a mark on his back (shown in the last photo). To show the neck flaw I had to flick him a bit in the video. No original packaging.
