U.S. ARMY Oil Lighter [Military]

This is an oil lighter with strong military elements.
I believe the exterior is in good condition, as shown in the photos.

[Details] I am an amateur when it comes to oil lighters, so I don't know the specifics.
Also, I don't smoke, so I'm not familiar with how to handle lighters.
I'm unsure if this is a Zippo lighter or something else.
Given its age, the condition might not be considered excellent. I intended to add it to my collection because I like military items, but it doesn't seem to be the right fit for me, so I'm selling it.

[Condition]
- The exterior appears to be in good condition as shown in the photos.
(This is a personal opinion)
- It seems to be missing the wick, which is characteristic of Zippo lighters. Therefore, I believe the condition is not good. As I don't regularly handle Zippo or other oil lighters, I'm unsure of its operation. (Please judge based on the photos.)
- Since I don't know how to operate a Zippo, the functionality has not been tested.

This might be good for someone who likes military items such as GI JOE, camouflage patterns, or the US military, USA, etc.

I do not have specialized knowledge regarding oil lighters, so I may not be able to answer detailed questions about the product. Please check the condition in the photos at your own discretion and make your decision.

[Notes] This item is from a personal collection and has been stored personally. Furthermore, I have no knowledge of Zippo lighters. The functionality has not been tested. Please purchase only if you are satisfied after viewing the photos. After purchase, please do not buy if you are likely to make unreasonable complaints about this old item for which I have limited information and cannot provide a detailed explanation. Also, if you have any dissatisfaction after purchase, please handle it at your own responsibility (dispose of it or keep it) as a buyer who has read the notes.
Despite the above notes, if you purchase and then engage in behavior that is difficult to understand by general social standards, we will respond strictly. Please purchase with that understanding.
Please purchase only if you will not make malicious complaints or claims. We decline purchases from nervous individuals.
