Thank you for looking.
This item is nearly 40 years old.
I used it for one year in an elementary school club activity when I was in 4th grade. I moved to a different elementary school in 5th grade that didn't have a baton club, so I stopped using it.

I found this while cleaning out my parents' house. Due to age, the rubber parts have yellowed, but they are not crumbling or falling apart. The metal parts are still clean, and overall, it seems like it can still be used. I decided to list it after seeing similar items for sale. A case is not included.

Cleaned with alcohol wipes.
