Ajka Crystal Caroline Cut-to-Clear Wine Goblets Set of 4 Vintage Hungary

Beautiful set of four vintage Ajka Crystal Caroline cut-to-clear wine goblets, handcrafted in Hungary.  The set includes: 2 Amethyst / Purple 1 Cobalt Blue 1 Ruby Red  Each goblet features a richly colored crystal bowl with intricate hand-cut fan, leaf and cross-cut detailing that reveals the clear crystal beneath. Clear faceted stems and starburst-cut bases complete the design.  The Caroline pattern is a discontinued Ajka design known for its jewel-tone bowls and elaborate cut-to-clear workmanship. Replacements identifies the Caroline pattern by its colored bowl, nine-point fan and crisscross cut design.   The glasses retain original vintage labels. The set includes two different label styles, including Fifth Avenue Crystal and Hungarian hand-cut lead crystal labels, as shown in the photos.
