Rigaud is a luxury candle company founded in France in 1852. Rigaud revolutionized the market in 1960 by creating a patented wax blend that completely liquefies into an even, flat pool when lit.  This liquefaction prevents tunneling (leaving hard wax stuck to the sides) and ensures a clean, steady burn that maximizes the scent throw.
