Description
For sale is a rare and unique Chapman Kennet fishing belt from John Chapman, a brand known to fishing enthusiasts and those with a penchant for British fashion.

While my memory is a bit hazy, I purchased this item over 20 years ago in the UK. At the time, I bought it on impulse without looking too closely, not realizing it was fishing gear. Upon returning home and seeing the parts covered in thick fleece, I discovered it was indeed for fishing.

I believe it would be better for someone who truly appreciates the value of this item to be its owner, rather than for it to remain stored in my home. I've searched online, but it's no longer available on the official UK website. I could only find sold-out listings on Rakuten and a fishing tool webshop called Spinoza.

Please refer to the images for size details. As shown in the 8th and 9th images, the belt length can be adjusted with the belt holes and adjuster.

Chapman was founded in 1984 by John and his wife, Jo, who began by handcrafting fishing bags in their home in Cumbria, achieving great success. Even today, all products are consistently manufactured in their Cumbria factory by local artisans, adhering to domestic production standards.

From the durable and waterproof bonded canvas, high-quality leather used in equestrian gear, metal fittings, to the British military-spec cotton tape, every component is a testament to their commitment to high-quality British manufacturing.

This belt features two pockets, a storage part likely for flies, two hooks, three D-rings, and loop-shaped components. The smaller pocket also has an additional zippered compartment.

The item is completely unused. However, please note the dirt shown in the 8th image and some scuffing on the leather around the belt holes, as it was stored threaded through them. If you require more detailed images, please leave a comment.

Additionally, the hip flask in the last image is unbranded and also quite old. I can include it if you wish. As I don't drink, it's unused, but I cannot guarantee its usability as I haven't inspected the interior.

This is a personal, long-term stored item. I kindly request that only those who understand and appreciate vintage and antique goods consider purchasing it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking a perfect, new item.

I will pack and ship using recycled materials from my home.
