How to Use
① Attach the end mill to this jig and set the jig on the magnetic chuck of the surface grinder.
② The jig is set at an appropriate angle, so simply align the cutting edge to be ground.
③ After grinding the first surface, rotate the holder 180°. The position is determined by the ball plunger, so no fine adjustment is necessary.
Caution ?? It may be difficult to understand with words alone, but with this jig, we can now fully recondition end mills in-house.
(Note: For peripheral cutting edges, a separate tool grinder is used.)
