A beautiful green daikon radish.
Can be used as a substitute for wasabi, and is excellent with meat and soba noodles ◎
Features slightly upright, cut-leaf black foliage and a round root shape approximately 10cm in diameter. The upper part is a vibrant green, while the lower part is pure white and intensely spicy.
This is a medium-spicy, slightly sweet, small, blue-necked round daikon. It's perfect for grating with the skin on for soba noodle toppings and grated radish dishes.
It can also be thinly sliced or julienned and enjoyed in salads.
