As these are natural wild vegetables, please understand that they may have minor imperfections.
They will be stored in the refrigerator, then wrapped in newspaper and shipped at room temperature via Nekoposu. We recommend purchase for those who can receive the package the next day.
Alternatively, if you inform us in the comments, we can arrange for delivery via courier + cool delivery service, with shipping costs paid upon arrival.
To maintain freshness, they are not washed, only dead leaves are removed. Please understand that there may be soil or insects.
The weight will decrease due to moisture loss during delivery, so we will include a little extra.
We enjoy them year-round by pickling them in mentsuyu, adding them to miso soup, or salting them.
We will provide simple instructions for de-bittering to purchasers.
