This is a pre-owned Simplee light blue/green mini dress, size S, featuring a textured dot pattern on the fabric. The dress has adjustable tie-straps with gold-toned spherical beads at the ends and ruffled detailing on the front. A gold bead from one of the straps is missing but does not impact function.
