Description
This was handmade for me by a friend when I had a 24 waist. Too small for me now. It's been stored in a plastic bag and is in brand new condition and has never been worn. White with black poka dots heavy belt elastic stitiched onto black heavy belt elastic 5 width/length 28. Will fit 24' waist. Passermentere button and loop closure. Can't be moved/stitched down. Poka Dot elastic is 3 wide and black boarder on each side is 1 wide. This was made in the 1990s when I had a 24 waist. Beautiful belt has some stretch. Can be worn over a blouse or thin sweater. This was made on a sewing machine in Brooklyn, NY. Back of belt is all black. Mannaquin has a 24 waist and it fits her perfectly. Not adjustable for size.
