USMC Woodland MARPAT GoreTex Parka All Purpose Marine Corps APECS Size: Large - Long Like New Condition United States Marine Corps Uniform - Made for Tennessee Apparel Corp. The USMC All Purpose Environmental Parka is a Gore Tex outer shell jacket issued as part of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). Constructed from 3-layer Gore-Tex fabric, it provides waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection in wet and cold climates. Features include a two-way front zipper with storm flap, adjustable hood, pit zips for ventilation, and drawcord adjustments at the waist and hem. Issued in Woodland MARPAT camouflage, the parka was standard Marine Corps issue beginning in the early 2000s.
