Crown Trifari brooches were created beginning in the late 1930s, with the height of their popularity and design excellence occurring from the 1940s to the 1960s. These pieces are now highly collectible vintage costume jewelry.Crown Trifari-marked brooches effectively ended around 1975, when the brand was sold to Hallmark. Condition: good overall condition; a few light scratches/scufffs (see photos). It is marked on the back TRIFARI and measures 3 inches long by 1-1/2 wide.
